Unapologetically Veggie Friendly Pizza - Edit
This spot is run by the same folx over at Good Karma which is right down the street. On any given day, they have a selection of vegan and vegetarian friendly pizzas that are separated into their own rows. A slice of pizza sets you back around $5.50 while an entire pie can be ordered for $36. If you order it by the slice with someone else, they'll happily slice it in half for you so you both get to taste each one.
Read moreAbsolutely loved the two vegan options we got: the Hawaiian and Pesto pizzas. The awesome staffer was able to let us know what nuts were included in preparing the sauces, which is great for people with certain allergies. The Hawaiian was fantastic with a vegan ham alternative and the pesto had an epic white cream sauce that really reminded me of cheese.
They have a few bar-esque tables for outdoor dining which is fantastic to take advantage of a nice day and people watch. I love that there are more options for outdoor dining on 1st St. and can't wait to return to try out more of their slices.
Pros: All veggie friendly pizza

Great option to taste variety of vegan pizzas ! - Edit
Loved that this place has vegan pizza by the slice. Each slice is pretty generous. Tried the Diablo, caprese and Hawaiian slices. All had different flavors and were good. Best was Diablo.

Solid, overpriced - Edit
Solid vegan pies, but perhaps a bit overpriced. The pesto one was better than the Hawaiian one. Cauliflower wings were solid as well. $50 a pie is insane, though.

Awesome all veggie pizza place - Edit
Really great vibes in this cozy pizza joint, it was packed for dinner time. They had four types of vegan slices (with house made vegan cheese) and four types of veggie slices (with cows cheese). All $6.50 per slice which is a little high but they are really gourmet. The slices are really big and two was enough. My friends who are omnivores LOVED their pizza and thanked me for bringing them there! We loved the flavors but actually the star of the pizza was definitely the crust. It was so fluffy and delicious while the bottom was super crisp and thin. The flavors of the pizza were really interesting and full of veg, I got the cáprese and the bbq jackfruit slice and both were awesome.

Mmm Slices 😋 - Edit
Happened to be walking by and saw the word VEGAN🎉🎉🎉. Swung by later to see if they had slices and by golly they do! Huge slices too! I got the caprese, super yummy! Even the crust was divine. Swallowed it down w water although the have various drinks including brews. From ordering, heating up the slice and devouring, I was in and out in 10 minutes!! Right on time for my bus to Bart connect back to Oakland! $6.50 a slice.

Soooo delicious - Edit
This really hit the spot for my pizza cravings! Not only is it solid pizza -if youre vegan or not- its quality pizza. The crust is delicious on its own. The flavors and toppings are creative and the white sauce is really good. They also have a side of vegan ranch for a dollar that is adequate for dipping.
Read moreSome say its expensive, but I think $6 for a large slice is a good price. 1 slice was enough to make me fuller than full so its a whole meal for $6 (depending on you of course).
I havent had pizza (that I didnt make myself at home) since I went vegan. Im definitely coming back here a bunch and its now on my roster for quick but delicious food!
Pros: Clearly labeled vegan options. , Hip decor!

Vegan and Vegetarian Pizzas - Edit
The Pesto Porcini is their bestseller and topped with vegan cheese they make in-house. One of the better vegan cheeses on pizza I’ve ever had. Service was great as the lady was extremely friendly and talkative. Glad I accidentally stumbled in here instead of the other restaurant down the street

huge pizza!!! - Edit
The prices seemed really high until we picked up our pizza and it was massive😲Really worth it for the price. Pretty good pizza too. I got the Hawaiian vegan pizza and my family got the mushroom pizza with regular cheese. Everyone was very happy. Kinda wish the crust was a bit crispier though.

Outstanding beer selection, best plant-based substitute for cheese (they make the "cheese" themselves!!) and generally delicious pizza 😋. I try to stop by when I'm close to SJ — I wish this place was closer to where I live 😋😋

As a fan of Paul Hollywood and Mary Berry, I was gobsmacked to see such a pathetic crust. I know you are using vegan ingredients however first off your crust is too damn thin. If you make it thin it better be crisp. Your crust is limper then an old mans you know what. To top it off its burned. Shame on you, man. Black is burned. I should see GBD (golden brown and delicious) each and every time no exceptions! Turn your oven down or make a thicker crust and use corn meal in the oven. Please for the love of pizza gods put some sauce on the thing. Tomatoes are cheap, use them. The "cheese" is surprisingly good. The toppings look like its pizza from russia and the shelves are empty and he has to stretch one can of olive for 1000 pizzas. I really think you should learn how to make pizza first then open a restaurant. Clearly you opened first then tried to wing a pie. Word to your momma!

Best vegan pizza in south bay - Edit
Ever since plant based pizza closed down in willow glen we’ve been on the hunt for a good vegan pizza. The cheese and crust is everything and so far places that have vegan options always seem to use Daiya cheese which is not the best vegan cheese option in my opinion. This place finally got it right! Crust is nice and soft and cheese is melted and actually tastes good! Finally we get to enjoy pizza again!!

Best Vegan Pizza Ever - Edit
The only downside is there's too much of a good thing. You can order "whole pie" or slices. Whole pie is a monster, so it looks like we're having pizza for breakfast. Wish there was a "medium" option. But what a tasty monster: chewy sourdough crust, white sauce and vegan cheese, vegan bacon, artichoke hearts, green olives, two kinds of sliced peppers. Amazing. Five stars if they only did vegan, but since they do animal products, best I can do is four.

Friendly staff and awesome pizza - Edit
The staff recommended a vegan caesar salad while we waited on some new pizzas to finish cooking. The Caesar salad was really good and they have a pretty good selection of alcoholic beverages.
Read moreThe pizza is by the slice and they have both vegan and vegetarian slices. We got the vegan slices and they were some of the best vegan pizza we've had in the area. The dough is killer—it's a New York style sourdough. They make their own vegan cheese too, I think from cashews, and it reminded me of Miyoko's mozzarella. The slices are pretty big and one was enough for each of us, combined with the caesar salad.
Near when they were closing, they came over to our table and asked if we wanted to take some pizza home to avoid it going to waste. Of course we didn't refuse free vegan pizza!
I will definitely be coming back.
Pros: Awesome vegan pizza, Friendly staff

Great spot for a slice of pizza - Edit
Stopped in here one night when wandering around downtown and was pleasantly surprised to find vegan pizza by the slice! That's a luxury I haven't experienced in SJ (unless you count that nastiness Whole Foods sells, which I don't). I had the last slice of the night which I thought would be mediocre at best due to it sitting out, but it was actually pretty good! We arrived after they were already scheduled to close and they were kind enough to not only serve us but also never rushed us out or anything.
Read moreI'm definitely looking forward to going here again!
Pros: Pizza by the slice, Good location
Cons: Close kind of early, Would like a veg Parmesan instead of nooch
