Good spot when in Copacabana - Edit
Attentive staff which is really trying to serve the customer at best. Fast service and totally kind. Role model service!! Good selection and good vegan food.

Huge Pizza! Tasty and crispy dough and fresh toppings. But is missing the special taste - we asked for salt and pepper and it helped but would be great if they'd add flavor - oregano, olive oil etc.
🥟 Vegan Curry Empanda (8 BOB)
Hot and fresh, crispy! Only downside was the too intense garlic taste as few full garlic... were inside.

It is basically a bread with hot vegetables. The vegetables had a great taste though. Would recommend the combination

Several vegan options listed on the menu. Tried both the vegan curry empanada and spicy vegan empanada. The pastry was more like filo pastry, which is different to other empanadas I've tried. They tasted great but the pastry was undercooked. Not very big, recommended as a snack. The apple pie was excellent.

Have lots of vegan options: salads, burgers, empanadas, sweets etc. Tried 2 of the 3 vegan empanadas and I really loved them. Very reasonable price, too. Can recommend!

Very vegan friendly by Bolivian standards, with clearly labelled vegan options on the menu. Choose from vegan soups, empanadas, pizzas, sandwiches etc. We had the aubergine and sundried tomato sandwich which was delicious, especially the homemade bread.

I've been craving porridge for ages and this one was incredible. They made the oats with soya milk and lots of tasty fruit on top. It was incredibly creamy and delicious.

We popped in looking for breakfast or lunch - and saw lots of options. In the end, we only ordered peanut butter and jam on toast but it was good! We were impressed with the range of options available.

3 types of vegan empanadas (curry, picante and mushroom) and a well garnished vegan pizza (courgette, peppers, olives, onion, tomatoes), all made fresh on the spot. They also have a vegan oat/banana brownie (quite expensive though, 20bob). Very friendly staff. Lovely spacious indoor seating.

Reliable spot with marked vegan options - Edit
This might be your most reliable spot in Copacabana. They have a vegan sandwich, vegan quinoa salad, several types of vegan empanadas, and vegan brownies. The food was good, and the service was good. They were open at 2pm on a random Tuesday when a lot of other places were closed.

There were two different vegan empanadas 1 with muchrooms and one with spicy vegetables mix. I preferred the spicy one. It was good but nothing exceptional. I also had a very good juice with soya milk. You can choose the fruits you want from all the ones they have.

There was also a brownie with avena chocolate and bananas I didn't try. It costed 20bs.

We were here two times and had the vegan sandwich twice, as well as all the different vegan empanadas. All were quite good. The sandwich needs a bit of protein as it's just vegetables, but still tasty. Might get bust around noon and a table might not be available.

This restaurant quickly became our go-to option during our stay in Copacabana. Vegan options in this town are really limited, so having a reliable option for food was great. They have a vegan sandwich, a vegan quinoa salad as well as three different types of empanadas on their menu. We also got a vegan pizza without cheese and loaded with veggies after asking about.

Empanadas waren super lekker! Echt heel goed! Ook konden we ze bestellen voor de volgende dag en op afgesproken tijd lagen ze warm klaar zodat we ze als ontbijt mee op de boot naar Isla del Sol konden meenemen. Tweede keer hier hebben we ook de empanadas besteld, maar ook sandwich vegana. We hadden geen idee wat er op zat, maar de verse gebakken groenten met goede bite nog en avocado was een ware verrassing, zo lekker! Overigens kun je hier ook gewoon eten en niet alleen afhalen (dat staat bij het restaurant).
