A couple of good options

Had the vegan burger which was really tasty. Burger fell apart a bit but was great otherwise.

Pros: Good food

Cons: Not many options

Limited options

Pretty limited with vegan choices but the burger is pretty good! It comes with vegan cheese and aioli which is good! If your staying here you can get the burger on the room service menu!

Best vegan food at Yulara

We had an excellent vegan meal here. Food is designed to be shared so best if you can share with at least one other. We had the sweet potato, lentil kofta and the cauliflower. All were delicious and would highly recommend

Pros: Multiple vegan options , Food was very tasty , Service was excellent and staff were very helpful

Delicious fine vegan cuisine incorporating indigenous ingredients

It was so nice to actually have menu items designed to be vegan! I had the yellow lentils with grilled sweet potato with beach succulents. Lentils had some heat in the curry style prep balanced by sweet tubers and crisp succulents. Enjoyed the saltbush olive plate and paired with a glass of NSW Shiraz.

Pros: Creative vegan options , Local ingredients, Beautiful setting

Cons: Olives came after mains, A little pricey but worth it

Some of the best food in Uluru.

Outdoor premium dining at Sails In The Desert resort- a little bit pricey, but worth every dollar. The chef was wonderfully accommodating, and veganised the Turkish bread with hummus, dukkah & sesame seeds, which was unbelievable. How can something so simple taste so good? Sadly, they were sold out of the lentil kofta, so I ordered up sides- the sweet potato with black rice, marinated olives and the cauliflower with celeriac sauce were all amazing. I am still gobsmacked at how ordinary the dishes looked, but how deceptively delicious they were to eat. Highly recommend!
