Best 100% Vegan Food Truck! - Edit
We were recently in Courtenay and discovered this fantastic food truck. The Pink Moon Cafe’ is all vegan and gluten free! The owner/operator is friendly & knowledgeable and their food is some of the best we’ve ever had! Our food was prepared expertly and the truck itself is cool looking & organized/clean and the branding is well done. We ate there twice during a 2.5 day visit to Courtenay and can’t wait to visit again soon!

A third all-vegan food truck in the Comox Valley?! We really are spoilt for choice nowadays! This latest addition brings something new to the table. My daughter loved the kids hot chocolate and cheezburger so much that we went back the next day and she got dark chocolate hummus (really - and it works!) with apple slices to dip along with a Breakfast Sammie (Just Egg and a vegan cheese slice along with various veggies). I had a Boss Burger which was flavorful and interesting and my wife had the Caesar salad bowl which was surprising (in a good way). My son tried the Chick'un Sandwich which was a delicious soy curl based mess of veggies and sauces. I can't wait to get back over there and check out the rest of the menu!
