Yummy banh mi, but not informed about veganism? - Edit
I asked my waiter which items were vegan or easiest to veganize, she thought vegan was just no meat and seemed confused and uneducated about which menu items contained animal products. Didn't give me much confidence, so I just ordered the banh mi and she said she'd tell the chef to make it vegan? She was a very sweet waitress, though!
Read moreI wasn't given the options I saw many reviews about, like getting beyond meat as an option instead of tofu in my sandwich. Zero mention of it, but the sandwich was delicious regardless. $16 for the sandwich, which was reasonable for how filling it was! I think it was a combo of it being quite busy and the waitress I got that was why I wasn't given the "off-menu" options others got.
Also, I was asked what I wanted to drink right as I sat down so wasn't able to look at their menu. I asked for orange juice.. turns out it was $8 for a smallish glass!! So 1/3 of my meal's price was the juice alone 😳 That was a bit of sticker shock!
Overall, the food was great, but don't know if I would go back. At least, not during busy hours.
Pros: Tasty, Good vibes, Kind staff
Cons: Expensive juice, Not informed about vegan options , Off-menu vegan dishes not offered

Little Gem - Edit
I ate here a few times while staying in Guam. You will find some vegan and vegetarian options on the menu. Though the veg options are limited, all meals I had here were very tasty. The staff is simply outstanding and they are quite willing to accomodate your needs. Just ask;)

Tofu sandwich - Edit
Unfortunately they were out of tofu the day I went but I had a veggie sandwich with vinegar coleslaw and fried potatoes. Decent meal but possibly the only vegan option.

Great Veggie Burger - Edit
My goodness this burger rocks! Not like a fast food burger. It is on special bread, and it doesn't need catsup. I DREAM about this burger. It is veg not vegan. So yummy!

Off-menu vegan option(s) - Edit
Meal eaten: Beyond Meat burger with Vegenaise on ciabatta. They were REALLY accommodating! The staff were all super friendly, happy to answer all of my annoying questions, and eager to make sure I could eat something. Their chai has dairy, so the manager came over and offered me a London Fog with soy milk. I really appreciated the staff here.

Multiple Options - Edit
Has different vegan options off menu. They have a vegan tinaktak (coconut milk, veggies, tofu). Only place as of now that serves impossible burger they also have vegan mayo. They have salads that you can take the meat out and sub for their marinated tofu. Also have a tofu bhanmi.

impossible Burger in many forms - Edit
What a great find! Impossible burger is available as a sandwich, in fried rice or in tacos. My wife had the fried rice and was very pleased. I had the sandwich with vegan aioli and it was delicious. Would highly recommend a visit to this very vegan friendly establishment!
