Pig is very popular with meat eaters so it is a safe bet when dining in mixed company or if you just want a really good salad.

My reviews are disproportionately for design-your-own salad or gain bowl places. I have probably eaten at a couple thousand different restaurants offering this item in a hundred countries. I love the regional variation. Not a lot of that here. Some non-veg cheese, furigake/furikake (probably not veg) and, for us, burdock. Somewhat above-average result. Nice staff and environment. Light-filled space, lots of wood. Central location for office workers.

I had the truffle hummus salad. This isnt a place I would go if I had another option. Its kind of shocking that its more popular than some other salad chains. The ingredients are not that fresh or high quality, and the greens portion of my salad was pretty small.

I do not really enjoy salad but but it was a good place.
