Minimum of $17 to make your pizza vegan - Edit
The $11.75 pizza becomes $17 because the only vegan crust is an extra $2.75 and the vegan cheese is an extra $1. $15.70 plus tax is $17. I would have gone to the Chinese restaurant across the street for $11 mapo tofu.

Delicious vegan pizza - Edit
The staff were supper friendly and ordering a vegan pizza was easy. Everything is labeled and staff are knowledgeable about veganism. I ordered a delicious gluten-free crust, red sauce, vegan sausage, vegan cheese, and veggies. I'm planning to go again!

Wow... Not Vegan Friendly Whatsoever - Edit
I was excited initially for their vegan options as it is quite hard to find a restaurant around here that has vegan options.
Read moreThey got the order totally wrong. They put fake sausage on my spouses pizza which contained real cheese and was supposed to have real meat. They also burned her pizza pretty bad, i'm talking charred and not eatable besides the center burned.
Thennnn to really top it off they put REAL meat mixed in with their plant protein! My SO ate multiple pieces and confirmed that they MIXED FAKE MEAT WITH REAL MEAT on my ALL vegan pizza.
The fake meat looks exactly like their real meatball meat the only real difference is taste which my S/O confirmed it was both as she hates the vegan meat unlike me. So seriously watch out if you take the chance, they just mix it without a care.
Seriously avoid this place. They are not up to code on the vegan options and quite frankly seem to not care about those options. If i eat meat i get physically sick come on man.
Highly disappointed in the lack of knowledge by the staff and management. The management has obviously not trained them and i bet corporate wouldn't be too happy about that.
Sadly i have no pro's for this restaurant as it was just an overall bad experience and waste of money. The fact that they messed up the same way for another customer A DAY before says it all. Poor management 100%. Train your workers or get workers that will listen.
First and last time i will be visiting any pieology.
Pros: None whatsoever
Cons: Serves real meat mixed with "vegan" meat., Added fake meat to a pizza with real cheese., Added real meat to a pizza with daiya cheese.

Reliably Unreliable - Edit
Really disappointed. I literally confirmed my order 4 times with two people and they still got it wrong.
Read moreI had the staff repeat the order back to me twice as well. The first time, the staff member said garlic and herb butter as the base and I had to correct her again (be careful of the herb butter). It also seemed like the staff member was confused at first when I asked for vegan, plant protien.
I got the 'butcher' pizza, no pepperoni, sub vegan protien for the meatball and sausage, sub vegan cheese and garlic and olive oil for the base rather than red sauce and oregano sprinkled on top. I would have ordered online but their system is not very conducive to alterations.
When I arrived they hadn't put vegan cheese on the receipt so I asked if it was vegan, they confirmed (I could tell it was, so I was relieved). They also only gave us the vegan meatball, no vegan sausage. It was all thrown in the middle rather than sprinkled around and it was a bit sparce.
Overall their staff does not handle alterations to their pizzas well at all. The customer service is also poor. We had been to other locations and were similarly unimpressed. We only went because it was Sunday evening and there are few vegan options in El Paso at that time.
If you are looking for a vegan pizza option, The Pizza Joint is much more vegan friendly and their staff is informed.
Pros: Vegan plant protien and vegan cheese
Cons: Constantly get order wrong, Not knowledgeable for vegan options, Poor customer service
