Lovely lunch - Edit
Wow! We had such a lovely meal here. Three vegans and one almost vegan. There were three vegan mains listed so we shared all three! We had bruschetta to start and the chef made us a special vegan gnocchi with aubergine. The waiter was fantastic and really looked after us. Definitely try here if you go to Sorrento.

Ok, so admissions first.... I'm not actually a vegan but I don't do anything dairy and do really love vegan options.
Read moreEating abroad and seeking out vegan / dairy free options can be tough. Put aside the language barrier, Italy is a country of dairy lovers. No fromaggio, no understandio!!
This place knew exactly what I was after. I picked one of the vegan options of spaghetti with local cherry tomatoes and it was delicious.
There seemed plenty of vegan / vegetarian / dairy free choices and it was easy to communicate this to the typically Italian but culturally aware staff.
I felt totally safe in my Eating choices. The menu was clearly labelled as to vegan / vegetarian options and it was clear that the food was all cooked fresh so could have been tailored to be made vegan / vegetarian / dairy free if required.
