No mention in English that it serves vegetarian food but everything is vegetarian. On the 1st floor, it's modern styled, spacious, air conditioned, has Wi-Fi, and is popular with students. Buffet Mon-Fri 11:00am-2:00pm. Near the Russian market. Open Mon-Sun 8:00am-8:30pm.

After all these years, it's still delicious and inexpensive for vegetarians. - Edit
The staff are friendly, but they can be slow. The food is delicious if you know what to order. I often have their hot stone dishes with satay protein, just make sure to remind them that you don't want the *real* seasoned egg. Most of their dishes are similar in description and that can be confusing.
Read moreWe were there on for a Sunday brunch and around noon it was a bit crowded.
Note: They also have a small shop for the ground floor selling vegan frozen products like dumpling, fake meats, bao cakes, vegan hams, etc. The dumplings are great, though a bit pricey.
Pros: Good cheap dishes. They have vegan soups.
Cons: The toilet downstairs could be cleaner.

Ok - Edit
The restaurant is nothing special. We got Khmer food - but nothing really interesting. We had sweet sour tofu (~6000 Riel), a soup (10000 Riel) and a udon noodle dish (~6000)
Read moreThe menu isn’t really helpful, most of the dishes have the same name and in many menus some pages are missing 😅

Great lunch buffet - Edit
Fantastic and varied lunch “buffet”, starting around noon and ending when food runs out (~2pm?) where you pay by the weight of your meal. The selection varies from day to day, but you can always expect several protein and veggie dishes to choose from. The “soy jerky” is great. When you go to pay, they will ask if you want “bai” (rice).
Read moreOutside of lunch hours, the soups are very popular with locals, but contains some weird cuts of (fake) meats that are common in Asia, but might be chewy / off putting to westerners. They also have some decent interpretations of Japanese and Chinese dishes.
The restaurant is also air conditioned and has WiFi.
Pros: Cheap ($2-$3), Varied lunch buffet
Cons: Shy staff didn’t speak much English

Fake meat a bit too real - Edit
Personally, I really don't like fake meat substitutes. I found the fake meat here to be a bit too close for comfort which put me off the rest of my food. I had a teriyaki dish, and i found the sauce far too heavy heavy on the aniseed.
Read moreThey also have a lunch buffet, but i haven't been back to try it out. The only good thing is it's reasonably priced.
Pros: Cheap, Friendly staff
Cons: Fake meat too realistic

Affordable, good, varied menu - Edit
A great restaurant especially if you're struggling to find pure veg options in Phnom Penh, though it's not immediately obvious that everything's veg.
Read moreWhat's great is the menu, which includes Korean and Japanese style dishes.
Some dishes are mid price range, as is the weekday lunchtime buffet. However it's possible to have a relatively cheap meal, under two dollars, and all the food is good!
Pros: varied menu, budget and pricier options, good food

A decent option - Edit
The space is nice, a/c as mentioned. I also had some language barrier issues. Definitely no English when I was there (except on the menu). And I even tried showing my waiter an explanation of vegan written in Khmer, and he wouldn't or couldn't read it! So I went with something that seemed vegan, and I think it was. But it wasn't that great. Basically the vegan version of Cambodian mystery meat. It got the job done, but it was heavy and not that remarkable. Seems like options are limited in the city though, so if you're nearby and need a vegetarian place it'll do. Maybe if I wasn't vegan I'd be more adventurous on the menu, and maybe other things are better than what I got...
