Cheap and good - Edit
We had a noodle soup (Mi Quang) and a rice dish (second on the menu), and both was tasty. Price was 28.000 per dish. The menu is in Vietnamese only and the staff speaks no English. Google translate is helpful to figure out what the dishes are.
