Good place, 15,000 for a big plate of food with broth. Would highly recommend if your passing through.

Cheap meal - Edit
Vegan restaurant that serves Vietnamese food. They have a dish for 15k VND. Not the best but helped us kill hunger. The tofu they had was cold in the center which means it was just unfrozen and badly cooked but oh well, what can you do?
