Decent selection - Edit
I had the vegetarian vermicelli and it was pretty on par with my favorite Vietnamese place. Had several good veg options.

Good veg pho - Edit
Had takeout veg pho that came with hefty portions of veggies (mushrooms, beansprouts, broccoli, tofu, onions, carrots, bok choy and jalapenos). They have a tofu bonh mi as well but I did not get a chance to give that a shot, will have to next time.
