Vegan udon take away service - Edit
Very good. Fast service and good portiin. Vegan option on noodles ruce and udon. Loved it

Pho - Edit
This is a chain in Iceland offering loads of vegan options. Only problem is they don’t taste authentically Vietnamese but are still decent. The vegan pho tasted more like vegetable soup, not authentic pho. The tofu was weird and I suspect they freeze the pho which results in a dry spongy texture. The noodles were over cooked at both locations I went to. The food is really 2.5 from an authenticity perspective but I rounded up since I appreciated this option on Christmas Eve.
