The menu at Pho is very imaginative. You have the choice of 'This' chicken or Tofu in their vegan bowls. They also do vegan prawn crackers as an appetiser which is a complete treat. The food is freshly made to order and the service is good. It's one of those restaurants where you know that the owners make sure their staff are aware of their service standards. You are made to feel very welcome.

Separate vegan menu - Edit
Visited Pho at Reading over the weekend. Quiet and peaceful atmosphere. They have a separate vegan menu with a number of options, including a variety of starters and desserts. Definitely worth paying a visit. Students get 25% discount until the end of October!

Many clearly labled vegan options on the menu. Ordered the crispy spring rolls with peanut sauce, which where amazing! And a Pho (noodles soup) with 3 kinds of mushrooms. Also very good.

It always feel to me that more than 25% of the menu is vegan! The peanut sauce is my favourite item on the whole menu! The Spicy Green Tofu Pho is my reliable option but I have yet to not enjoy any of their vegan options.
