Best Vegan Pho!

Pho One makes the best vegan pho I’ve ever had. The broth is flavorful and authentic (they use vegetable broth) and they provide plenty of veggies and tofu. I also recommend getting the fresh tofu spring rolls with peanut sauce. The workers are very familiar with the term vegan.

Great Vegan Vietnamese Good

We were thrilled to see tofu spring rolls and vegan pho. The last page of the menu has all the vegetarian options and they were happy to do vegan. We will be back.
