Amazing Veg Pho and Spring Rolls - Edit

Wow! I can't believe a place so unassuming in its name would have some of THE best Vietnamese food I've had in the South Bay.

I'm plant-based so I was curious to see how their vegan friendly food would compare to the likes of many vegan Viet restaurants in the area. Baby... they hold their own when it comes to their pho and spring rolls because what I had was absolutely delicious. This place is a must for vegans and vegetarians.

Their Veg Pho was bursting with flavor from its veggie broth, and included delicious firm rice noodles, a medley of fresh vegetables, mushrooms, and tofu. I was shocked at how flavorful the broth was and how filling this bowl ended up being. 10/10 for the pho alone.

I also tried their vegan spring rolls where they use mock shrimp and pork, and wow... not only were they loaded and packed, but the combination of fresh ingredients with the mock meat was definitely some of the best I've ever had.

So freaking good. I am eager to return soon so I can have these again and try more of their plant based offerings.

Vegan options? Yes. Transparency? No. The descriptions of all the fake meat stuff are really vague, and I had some major language barrier issues when I asked questions which is kinda on me but whatever. Also, I had some serious bubble guts the next day.
