Serves meat, vegan options available. Pho restaurant in Miami Time Out Market with labeled vegan pho with tofu on the menu. Reported closed April 2024.
I should start with the disclaimer that during our stay, we learned that Time Out is leaving Miami, which means the food court will be closed for two weeks before the new company comes in to run the market. This means a lot of the restaurants were running out of food as they were winding down in preparation for the two week break. However, that does not excuse putting rotten ingredients in our vegan pho order. The onions were rotten and nasty. My husband went to complain and they made it right by begrudgingly making the food over again. We were here the day before and my husband had a bizarre conversation with the proprietor about how he didn’t recommend the tofu bao without the aioli, but he also didn’t like the tofu bao generally because he doesn’t like tofu? Just another example of a non-vegan restaurant adding veggie-friendly items to their menu to make a buck. My son liked the aioli-less tofu bao, so this restaurant gets two stars.
