Nice food and welcoming owner

Three vegan dishes (very tasty) and a very sweet, helpful and vegan-aware owner speaking both English and German!

Wonderful Service and great food!

The guy who is serving you is Vietnamese but he is very very very extremely nice and he can speak English and German too. He is sensitive towards people asking for Vegan items and he works very hard (you can see that).

The Veggie Noodles are so vegan and so so sooooooo soooo good!

Loved the Pho !

I had a very delicious Pho Soup and a special made vegan Summerroll. The staff is very friendly and do their best to make a vegan dish for you, even if it's not declared as vegan in the menucard. But let them know that you want to eat vegan, otherwise it will be just vegetarian.
They also informed me about, that the Pho Soup is actually made of cattle bones, but they can also cook it plant based.

I like it when people are honest about all the ingredients in their dishes.

Will definitely come back! :)

Pros: Friendly staff, Delicious food, Cozy location

Great food and very warm owners

We chances upon this place on Happy Cow and the owner was very warm and friendly. He’s not the most fluent in English but takes the time to ask about your day, in English. The menu may not be 100% vegan but I could request for Vegan easily as he understood what it meant. It’ll also help if you use Google translate and let him know what you would like, in Vietnamese. Overall, a quiet place tucked in Zürich that should have more people knowing them.

Pros: Able to veganise easily, Quite a few number of vegan options , Very reasonably priced for Zurich’s standard

My favorite place to eat in Zürich

In the near to the railway station “Stauffacher” in calm a side street, you'll find this cozy Vietnamese restaurant. Despite the smaller size of it, there is much space and are many seats, outdoors too. The interior is well decorated with beautiful orchids and many little details. The staffs are very friendly and like to have a little talk with their guests.

Noodles with vegetables and Fried rice with vegetables are available in vegan versions, ask for “vegan”, otherwise these dishes contain non-vegan ingredients. Both dishes are extremely delicious! The cook really knows how to season and to prepare tasty stuff!
The vegan options are not declared yet. Vegan versions of other dishes should be possible.

Luckily all sweets are vegan, what is typical for Vietnamese sweets. I really recommend sitting at an outdoor table in a warm evening and enjoying Chè Bánh Lọt (Tapioca noodles with pandan, beans and coconut) or a smoothie. You'll feel a little bit as if you’re leaving Switzerland for a little while and are having a nice trip in Vietnam right now.

You can have everything as take-away too. The prices for such tasty dishes and the restaurant’s comfortable atmosphere are very decent which I really miss here in this country.

Pros: super friendly staff, comfortable interior, excellent food, very delicious sweets, decent prices, many seats
