It was fair. I ordered the spring rolls and the pho. - Edit
The spring rolls were good. The broth for the pho tasted like vegetable broth and not that it was made from veggies typically from pho (ginger, cloves etc). So it didn’t taste very authentic and cultural. Either way, it was good. So I rate it 3 stars.

pretty good! - Edit
the outside of this restaurant is kinda dull but the inside is very beautiful! there is an entire page of vegetarian options and most seem to be vegan or can be made vegan by asking for dishes to not include egg or to switch the noodles. the flat noodle stir fry has probably the best fried tofu i've ever had, and the fried rice (without egg) was good as well but not the best. the passion boba tea is not made with milk and it was amazing! and that's coming from someone who doesn't really even like tea.

Vegetarian menu section - Edit
I appreciate the vegetarian menu section even though they don't mark the vegan choices. We had the vegan broth soup with pho noodles. It was superb! We also had the Lemongrass tofu place. Wow! The only negative was that they brought a bowl of broth with the vegetarian Lemongrass dish. I had a sip and immediately realized it wasn't veggie broth. The waitress was very apologetic. So just be cautious. The food was just delicious. We will be going back.

So Easy and Delicious - Edit
Gave this place a try and wasn’t disappointed! The vegetarian section of the menu is great — most things appear vegan, and the prices are good. The outside of the restaurant is very plain, but the inside looks much nicer. The staff was also very friendly and neat. Plan to go back again!

Delicious vegan food - Edit
Each time I go here I really enjoy the vegan ham/vegan meats they include in their pho. They have a wonderful texture and flavor, and their noodles are also amazing. I can’t decide on a favorite dish, but anything with their glass noodles is to die for. I like their flat noodles/rice noodles, as well, but they’re nothing in comparison to the glass noodles.

Best Vietnamese vegan/vegetarian in the area - Edit
Our favorite is the Vietnamese steam rice noodles(K14). Order them every time we are in town. There are a variety of other dishes as well. It seems to be family owned and operated so care is put into the food. There are at least 15 vegetarian dishes and only 2 that are not vegan as far as I can tell.
