They do not know what veganism is. Gave us complimentary soup with pork wontons. - Edit
We went once last year with family. It was pretty good. Today, we mentioned being vegan several times. We ordered "vegan" pho and it was not as good as the last time. It seems that cabbage has replaced Thai basil. There was a bit of cilantro but not much in the way of spices. We ordered 4 vegan dishes to-go. I mentioned that I did not want the free egg-drop soup. He said that they did not serve that anymore. I thought, "Wow. They read my review". Now I am not sure since when we returned home, we found wontons in our soup. I called and asked what was in the wontons. It was pork. We will not return.

Not bad - Edit
High rating for trying. 2 out of 3 dishes were primo. The vermicelli salad was meh, barely any fresh herbs but the vegan spring rolls served with them were delicious.

The spring rolls!!! - Edit
This place has always been a go to since I’ve lived in Carson, even since before I have been vegan. However once I turned vegan I was able to see the vast array of options here I could have. The tofu spring rolls are always my go to as well as the veggie clay pot.

Not bad at all! - Edit
Was a little skeptical when ordering but everything came out perfect and it only took 5 minutes to come out. The spring rolls are amazing but the friend rice wasn’t that great.

Cheap dive - Edit
If you're looking for a five star dining experience look elsewhere. Pho Country has a waitstaff that's focused on business and getting you what you need (they're friendly enough and always helpful). The menu is easy to read with a clearly labeled vegetarian section and you can ask what's vegan. If you ask for tofu pho with vegetable stock they'll make it although it's not clearly on the menu. Best thing they offer is the tofu spring rolls. You can also call in ahead and carry out but there's never a wait even when they're very busy and service is very prompt
