Loved the Tofu! - Edit
We were coming through on a road trip and need a convenient place to eat near the laundromat. The menu here was diverse and offered many options. I loved the spicy lemongrass vermicelli with tofu. Tell them no fish sauce! They also offer almond milk Boba.

Great Vietnamese Food - Edit
Visiting from NYC we were pleasantly surprised to find this authentic Pho restaurant. Great options, crispy tofu, vegetarian imperial roll, lemongrass vermicelli tofu and vegetarian noodle soup (all made vegan without fish sauce if you request it). Happy to make substitutions and service was great!

Pho-get about it!!!! - Edit
This place is hella fishy and it apparently isn’t in the sauce.

They have solid fried tofu and their spring rolls are pretty okay, though they lacked any herbs, and their fried rice without fish sauce is a little plain but the texture is great! Their bbq tofu with rice is an absolute no go, and the mistake of ordering food while a fiasco with the chef was happening led to the saddest order of fried rice my roommate has consumed in a long time.

They were nice enough to get the meal removed after me asking a second time. They did however completely skip our table (1 of 2 with humans at it) at least 4 times without even glancing our direction, so we couldn’t even ask for the order to be changed until we had finished all of our other food and at that point we weren’t interested with dealing with them anymore. So we made the HUGE mistake of asking for it to be removed from the order, cue our 1 star chef!
CHEF!!! 1 ⭐️
I’m not going to get into the nitty gritty of the argument that occurred where I was chastised in front of other customers for asking for a refund because what I tasted was incorrect… but I AM going to say that, I hope you are having a better day after getting some of that anger off of your chest. I am not sure if you thought I just had a wicked unrefined palette and that is what the strange American food comments were about… or maybe we looked too homeless and you just thought we were trying to get some free tofu (which we didn’t take because it was not only super fish, I mean, this tofu was caught at low tide, but it was also fried instead of bbq’d like the dish had described) but, I am positive that I will not be returning to this place.
I am also sorry that this whole thing happened because it was so incredibly uncomfortable for me that I imagine it had to be equally as uncomfortable for the chef, the foh, and the customers there.
Pros: Tofu Triangles, The foh was nice when they were there!, Fun small bathroom doors!
Cons: Very temperamental chef, Distracted service, Did I mention the chef that yelled?
