Tasty but no more vegan pho - Edit
As of September 2023, there is no more vegan pho. They still have tofu pho but they use beef broth for it. They have delicious salt and pepper tofu and veggie spring rolls (what I think of as fresh rolls or summer rolls - not fried and with the rice skin) that are totally vegan.

best pho! - Edit
pho and more has the best pho i’ve ever had. the owners are so nice and very knowledgeable about vegan diet. this is one of the only places to eat as a vegan in odessa so i’ve gone to pho and more multiple times in one week. there aren’t many options for vegans but i don’t mind because the pho is so good it’s the only thing i want to order!
