By far the best restaurant in Euskirchen! - Edit
My family is based in Euskirchen, so I‘m a regular visitor. We eat at Pho68 on nearly every visit because the food is just so good.

The staff are very friendly and the location, in the city, is great as well.
Unfortunately, in July 2021, the restaurant was hit by the catastrophic floods, but they have confirmed that they plan to reopen. I am monitoring their instagram and will update HappyCow when the restaurant is open again.
We just love this place and can‘t wait to go there again!

This restaurant is a must for both vegans and omnis, when you’re in the area.

But most importantly, the food is bomb! Veggies are fresh and with a bite, the spices on point.
Almost all main dishes can be made vegan by choosing tofu instead of meat. Prices are absolutely fair (vegan versions often cheaper than the meat version).
As a plus, there also is a vegan dessert (Vietnamese rice pudding with black-eyed peas, recommend!) and many aromatic vegan drinks, hot or cold.
The service was as good as the food. Our main dishes were served 5min after ordering (on a weekday night; can be different on the weekend). Friendly staff.
