PHENOMENAL - Edit
Pho 14: short for "PHE-nomenal Tofu with Vermicelli (Menu item number 51. BUN TAU HU) is the ONE-FO[u]R you!" But don't take it from me 😜💚🌱 It is one giant bowl packed with all the ingredients and flavors you could want: noodles, veggies, tofu... sweet, salty, tangy, crunchy, fresh... just absolutely amazing. There are a few other offerings marked Vegetarian, but this bowl of vermicelli (rice noodles), fried tofu, and more I had was so incredible, I may not want to go for anything else. A very large portion, this was all-around my type of meal, except you can hold the chopsticks 😉😅 10/10 for this noodles palace. I'd go again.

Cons: It is a bit expensive, & there aren't many vegetarian/vegan options, but that's fine. Quality > quantity

Vegan Pho - Edit
Vegetable pho is tasty! I’ve noticed that you do have to ask for vegetarian broth though. They told me it comes standard with chicken broth, unless you specifically ask for vegetarian broth. Also, spring rolls can be made vegan/vegetarian too! Nice place & friendly staff!

It’s has just a few vegan options but are really good! I tried the vegetarian pho and the tofu with curry, and were very tasty, and big portions! #Veganuary
