Nice Option - Edit
It’s good to see more and more plant-based options being available year after year. This menu has many vegan items clearly labeled. We appreciated the service and friendly staff, and we’re happy with our meals. We will come back in the future.

So fantastic! Lots of Vegan - Edit
I love this place! The service is great and the atmosphere was wonderful at night. There were so many selections… Clearly marked on the menu. Great vegan sauces and I mean really tasty sauces. The peanut sauce I had was not too sweet and so good, they had beer/cocktails and wine and the wine pour was very generous . I think we’re going back again tonight!

Vegan curries and noodles - Edit
Came here during a heavy rainstorm that knocked out power in the town, but they have a gas stove and were able to serve us a warm and cozy meal. Several vegan items on the menu. Fresh lettuce wraps were excellent. I had the red curry, my friends had the yellow curry and pad thai. They were all pretty good, but the flavors/spices were different than the traditional Thai food we were expecting/craving and we didnt enjoy them as much. Red curry had a strong, almost burnt (?) flavor, probably more suited to local palates. Overall pretty good and would definitely go back to try some other items.

Just nope - Edit
Mediocre at best. Ordered curry and the veg was raw and not in a good raw food kind of way. Bland and disappointing.

Room for improvement. - Edit
I ate their green papaya salad and green Thai curry and wasn’t particularly impressed. It wasn’t bad it just wasn’t authentic Thai tasting whatsoever, especially the green papaya salad. It was more like a non spicy, cabbage salad with soy sauce. The others I was with enjoyed their meals but weren’t raving about them either.

Amazing option - Edit
This place is great, cool space with a chilled atmosphere and the staff is super friendly (and they speak English). Dishes can be made vegan with tofu or chickpeas as the protein. The pad thai was delicious! Big portion and fair prices.

Beautiful and fun - Edit
Phat noodle is right there when you enter downtown Dominical. Great food and awesome beverages. The staff is super friendly. The outdoor seating is absolutely lovely and still a good amount of covering for the rainy season. Their WiFi works very well and if you want a tv they have one. They are only open for dinner though. A good amount of vegan options, but it’s mostly tofu replacement. They do have a lovely coconut mouse dessert though. The pad Thai was my favorite and no eggs! Hooray!

Almost everything can be veganize - Edit
I absolutely loved the concept - almost all the menu positions can be made vegan or non-vegan. You can choose yourself the options for every meal. Waiters have electronic pads where they are building up your requested meal - first you choose the base, then toppings, at the end special request like 'not spicy' and one of the buttons clearly says 'vegano' so there is no way they will serve you wrong option. We went there few times and triend many meals, everything was very tasty and the portions are massive (I saw most people taking leftovers home). The place is always full, very busy and waiting for food is sometimes really long. The staff is great - well organise, very attentive, friendly and speaks English well.

Delicious vegan apps and entrees - Edit
We loved Phat Noodle with it’s cool outdoor setting and the menu had several vegan options, all of which were clearly marked. We shared a salad and tempeh crusted green beans as an app, I chose one of their bowls as an entree, and everything was delicious.

You can ask for soy sauce in place of fish sauce and protein options include chickpeas or tofu. They have glutenfree rice noodles. We had the Red Curry dish and was SO delicious! Chill outdoor seating arrangement and nice staff. Tasty food. Wanted to order seconds!

loads of options! - Edit
I ate here during a swing by dominical. It’s a cool open air restaurant with clearly labelled vegan/can be made vegan options. I had the pineapple rice with a smoothie which was delicious and so much! They let you take away any leftovers as well if you can’t finish and it was just as good cold the next day. Friendly service too!

Vegan friendly - Edit
As an American tourist who doesn’t speak Spanish, I was relieved to find this place. The waiter spoke English, and the menu clearly indicates which items are (or can be made) vegan. I had a delicious and refreshing green papaya salad and a wonderful mango daiquiri. My husband got a tofu pad Thai that was just ok, hence the 4 stars instead of 5.
