Cauliflower Crust!¡ - Edit
I happened to glance at the menu today, and after noticing some vegan options, my boyfriend & I decided to give it a try. We ended up with a vegan pie and added impossible meat, and I was impressed! The gluten-free cauliflower crust it comes with is super crispy and delicious. I loved the amount of veggies on top too. I attempted to order the vegan panini, but there was a miscommunication on both sides, so we ended up with only a pizza. They did offer to make the panini, but I was tired, and I opted for just the pizza. It was definitely not a reflection of their customer service, merely me being hangry. The staff was really friendly and apologetic for the confusion and gave us some vegan cookies. The cookies were pretty good flavor-wise but were really crispy, which is not my favorite. I would definitely recommend giving this place a try!
