No vegan - Edit
I can confirm there is no vegan options other than avocado toast. Their smoothies are just fruit and ice. It sounded like they will not be returning vegan items to the menu also. So I would find somewhere else.

Not really any options - Edit
They have nondairy milks so in terms of coffee it's vegan friendly but that's about it. Has avocado toast, staff said they used to have more options but they don't anymore, so that was disappointing. I mean you can technically get SOMETHING but when you're about as vegan friendly as a dunkin donuts it's not exactly knocking anyone's socks off. The coffee is tasty though so if you're not looking for food then it's a good stop.

Vegans are an afterthought here - Edit
While they claim to have 5 vegan options on their vegan menu, they told me they only had 1 available.
Read moreThe avocado toast had cold bread and poorly seasoned avocado. They also had a surprisingly long wait time. Won’t be returning.
Alternative vegan friendly coffee place is Feel Love Coffee. Alternative food places on the same street are Royal Thai cafe and Flavor of Seoul.

Not Vegan Friendly - Edit
For a place that advertisers vegan on their sign, this place has very few vegan options. There are only three and of those three I was told they only had one. My only choice was the vegan "nachos". I would say they were nachos in the very loosest sense of the word. A bunch of tortilla chips with a glob of "cashew nacho sauce" and a tiny bit of corn and black beans dumped on top. All the chips on top were soggy despite me eating them immediately after being handed my food and the chips on the bottom had no sauce at all. For a drive thru and a bunch of nachos the wait was pretty long. I absolutely would not recommend this place at all.

Love this place! - Edit
The vibe is classic coffee shop that isn't trying too hard. It's fantastic. They have a LOT of vegan/veg options for food, drinks, smoothies etc and their prices are honestly probably too low.

Separate Vegan Menu! - Edit
We drive through St George a few times a year. We were so excited to find this place. We had the Tofu Kale Scramble (which comes wrapped in a spinach tortilla), Avocado Toast, and an Almond Milk Chai Latte. Everything a delicious and very reasonably priced (coming from California). We are happy to make this our new stop.

Vegan and gluten-free options - Edit
I was happy to find this place on HappyCow, as vegan options are limited in St. George. My daughter enjoyed the kale-tofu scramble wrap. She said the spinach tortilla itself was very tasty. She also enjoyed a mango smoothie. They were very accommodating to my gluten-intolerance, placing my kale-tofu scramble in a dish without the wrap. It was ok that way. I especially enjoyed my soy latte.
