Best Vegan options in KPT - Edit
Town with limited choices, but Pedro's is a great find. Tried cauliflower tacos and the portobello fajitas. Great flavor on the mains, the rice and beans needed some hot sauce to shine.

The vegan cauliflower tacos were very good. I would recommend the larger plate which includes rice and beans as the two tacos were small for a meal alone. If your getting chips and guacamole then two tacos would probably suffice.

limited but very good main courses. i love the guac, salsa, and fresh chips and the two vegan dishes are the tacos and rice bowl. i got the veggie burrito with no cheese or cream last night though and it was delicious (spinach, sweet potato, rice, beans, guac)

We were pleasantly surprised as to how good the food was. Their homemade chips with the guacamole and salsa on point! We ordered the vegan cauliflower soft tacos and a side of the grilled corn. Everything was terrific!

Super accommodating to vegans and will make any changes you want essentially. The ambiance is really fun and it is a great place to get drinks. They have a fun patio too!
