Healthy coffee shop in front of the beach in Sainte Maxime. Different bowls are served every day including vegan and gluten-free. Also offers detox juices, detox teas and herbal infusions as well as tartines on Nordic bread or sweet potato waffles. Food is organic and made in-house. Oct 2021 reported fully vegetarian. Vegetarian place with lots of vegan options . Had the sweet potato waffles and pancakes which were both delicious. Doesn’t get five stars just because the prices were quite high for the small portion sizes.

It is not easy to find vegan food in a restaurant in Sainte Maxime. The more I am grateful for this charming little place. The owner is super nice and you can sit very nicely.
Read moreThis morning we had breakfast here. I had a smoothie bowl and my boyfriend enjoyed the pancakes. Both were very tasty. I wish they would offer dinner as well.
The only thing is that it is a little pricey but that is normal for this area.

Best Pancakes Ever - Edit
We were only in St Maxime for 1.5 days but had to eat at Peanut’s Cafe twice. The pancakes were unbelievable. I thought peanut butter would make them too sweet but the fruit they added was the perfect balance (plus, VEGAN!). My daughter also loved the omelet, for you vegetarians. I wish they were closer to my home!

I had a savory waffle with avocado and hummus and my partner had salad with quinoa and rice, and we both had apple chocolate crumble for dessert. Everything was fresh and tasty and the service was super friendly! A bit pricey but definitely worth a visit.

We really enjoyed our vegan brekkie/ brunch at this friendly and fresh café set back from the seafront. There were 3 vegan options listed on the chalkboard but when we asked, the friendly lady was able to recommend much more. We had sweet potato waffle with hummus, spinach, cashew paste and nuts, plus vegan banana chocolate cake and hazelnut cappuccino - yum. I liked the décor and even the toilet was a pleasure to use! My only recommendation is for them to better advertise their wonderful vegan options because not everyone will ask!
