only issue is the opening hours! - Edit
As i said above, my only issue with this place is their restricted opening hours. For this reason we only ate here twice as they were either closed or had stopped serving as they'd run out of produce. Otherwise, a lovely chill courtyard to relax in with a great menu and excellent portion sizes.

Smoothie bowls and smiles - Edit
Completely hidden but worth seeking out. We visited a couple of times and tried the peanut butter smoothie bowl, the parfait, the chocolate smoothie and a mint choc ice cream style dessert all of which were absolutely lovely. The porridge didn’t taste of much, but it was a filling portion and their home made peanut butter made it all the better.
Read moreIf, like us, you saw the pics of tofu scramble and other savoury dishes and set out early to get your fill for breakfast, don’t. As far as we can see it’s not a staple on the menu, however (from what we saw) they offer a brunch option each day and thus serve dishes like this a little later in the morning.
All in all a great little breakfast spot in Sihanoukville if you’ve got a sweet tooth and a mind for healthy eating
Pros: Great breakfast spot, Amazing smoothie bowls , Fresh and healthy

Excellent for Breakfast/Brunch - Edit
Breakfast is often the most disappointing meal of the day, when travelling as a vegan. This place remedies that!
Read moreSuperb variety and quality of smoothie bowls, really tasty and healthy. Loved the extra touches of pumpkin seeds and coconut flakes.
Would have liked a little more granola as it was delicious, but a few spoon fulls seems to be the done thing with these smoothie bowls.
Bowls are enormous and will fill you up for the rest of the day!
Pros: Tasty, Healthy, Smoothie Bowls
Cons: More Granola (it’s so good!)

So nice!! - Edit
I went here to have breakfast and I'm so happy I did. Lovely place a little hidden away from a not-so-pretty street, the two girls running it were so friendly and nice. I had a peanut butter smoothie bowl (which was amazing), a french press coffee and a spirulina shot for about $4. Definately would go back if I ever come back to Sihanoukville!

great cheap vegan food - Edit
the Peace Food Cafe serves delicious inexpensive vegan food ... a great assortment of drinks, breakfast and brunch items on the menu ... yes its hard to find but well worth the effort ... if there is more than 1 of you catch a tuk tuk as the cost will be offset by the cheap food ... I had breakfast of fresh ginger tea, delicious oat porridge and fresh fruit salad as another customer had the last of the scrambled tofu

Best breakfast - Edit
With all I could possibly say I couldn't recommend this place more. The owners, a lovely couple, will make you feel quite comfortable in their sweet little café and will always take their time to chat with you. Their concept is just perfect, they prepare fresh, healthy and incredibly tasty food, locally and organically sourced whenever possible and the seating places are limited so that everyone enjoys a personal and fast service. The menu is kept small which is great as you don't have a hard time choosing but they still got everybody's favorites in there. Oh, and you know what's best? The prices are kept so low so that seriously everyone on a budget can afford to eat the amazing food they prepare with so much love here. Having worked several years in the catering sector and being a vegan for a while now, I just admire this place as it represents the perfect café to me concerning every single aspect. Hope to be able to come back many, many times!

Find your peace food - Edit
I can't say enough good things about this place. First, the food. Great portions for a great price. It is so healthy, flavourful, and filling. We had the pesto vegetables and beans with the amazing pan bread. So good. We also had all the smoothies and the oatmeal and the basil seed pudding (over the course of a few visits). Everything was amazing. Second, the people. The owners are so full of light and you can easily see how much love they put into their food and how happy they are to do what they are doing. The atmosphere is great, good wifi, usually quiet. I wish Adam and Andrea luck in all their endeavours. If you stay in Sihanoukville, you must brunch here!

How it should be done!! - Edit
All the five stars seem to be taken, so I want to give six. Got a minute? Read on. The first star is for the price. Average local salary is $5. Why does a meal omitting the expensive beef and cheese imports have to cost more than a days wages? Buy local, charge local. Who should we support in Cambodia, Bob's Red Mill, or local farmers? Star 2 is the food. Locally sourced, cooked with love. Affordable, filling soul food. Mmm, tasty. Star 3 is the location. A five minute walk from the Golden Lions. Local village. In the shade. Lower rent, savings passed on to you. Star 4 is the menu. No effort to cash in on the hipster-vegan 'fad'. Healthy food we all know from our ''carnivore' years. Star 5 is for the owners. No, I'm not a groupie, but you can't help but be impressed by their kindness and unpretentious approach to feeding even the non-vegans. Lastly, but most importantly, star 6 is for leading by example. If you want to change the world, don't turn off vegans and especially non vegans with your overpriced 'raw organic superfood''. We want 'food', the kind we can afford to fill up on and the kind that will impress and hopefully win over the non-vegans. Peace Food cafe has (4)feet firmly placed in the real world. This ain't a fad, kids, this is a better way.

But it really makes us glad that you appreciated our food, and your visit to our place. We believe that digestion starts in your thought, and our food might be food for your body, but our conversations we make sure to make time for is food for your thoughts, and thus creating a very yummy experience ? Awesome Vegan Breakfast and Brunch Café! - Edit
The Peace Food Café is such a great and quiet place to relax and eat delicious vegan breakfast and brunch. It opened only about one month ago. The food is better and the prices are lower than most places I've seen around Sihanoukville. Unfortunately they are only open until 13.00, because I could spend my entire day there. The owners Andrea & Adam are also really cool and friendly people who make you feel really welcome and love to chat with you. It is one of the best places I have seen in Sihanoukville. You should definitely pay a visit. Take a good look at what 'exit' you take to go here, it is just a little bit of a sandy and rocky road and you might walk past it.

Delicious brunch - Edit
This is a new and much needed addition to the Sihanoukville food scene. Hosts Adam and Andrea show lots of care and clever use of ingredients and the result is delicious. Another big plus is the charming location in a local village away from the touristy Serendipity Beach but still a comfortable walking distance. Perfect alternative for breakfast or brunch!
