Great place, vegan options available - Edit
Patriko is extremely popular. It has an enviable position across the road from Stoupa beach. Great place to sit in the shade under the trees and while the day away. Staff are lovely; not all understand what vegan is, but most do. They do a vegan MLT ( sub roll with breaded mushroom, lettuce , tomato and vegan mayo) which is yummy, and sometimes have pies or desserts that are vegan but this is variable. They will do a coffee or frappe with almond milk and sometimes oat milk when it is available.

I drove to this place afterwards finding it on Happy Cow. Big disappointment when I asked about the vegan options and they had a big question mark on their face. They said the croissants were vegan, but when I asked to confirm they said there was butter on it. Only baklava was vegan, which is something that you can find at any other bakery, so definitely not worth the 20 min drive that I took to get there.
