Awesome Pasta & Espresso!! - Edit

Great to have Vegan options in Harlingen! The owners are serious about making delicious meals that are sure to satisfy!! Always new things to try on the menu, but you can’t go wrong with the “build your own” pasta dishes! FIVE STARS. Highly recommended. 👍🏼

Delicious Vegan Comfort Food - Edit

They serve breakfast all day and currently start lunch at 11:30am. If you want to eat compassionately, but still want your food to be top notch in taste, look no further. Everything on Pasta La Madre's menu is Vegan and is made from scratch. They have perfected every recipe before putting it on their menu. They genuinely care about their customers and the quality of the food that they serve. My personal favorite is their phenomenally delicious Fettuccine Alfredo. Give them a try. I know that you will be glad that you did!
