This is the best vegan restaurant on fuerteventura. Amazing and high quality (glutenfree) vegan food and the owner/staff are soooo friendly. As I have been there they had an awesome buffet. I can highly recommend this place.

Superb evening out with whole family. Really high quality food that was fresh and full of flavour. Even the picky youngest daughter ate 3 courses! We all had something different and all tried each others food - everything was superb, and reasonably priced.

Delicious vegan food in corralejo - Edit
We went to Past and Future for dinner and ended up with three courses. No doubt the starters/tapas were the star of the menu. Choosing was hard and everything we ordered was absolutely fantastic. The vegan cashew mozzarella was really really good. (Just too much balsamic cream in my opinion.) We got some gluten free bread with aioli too, which was great as well.

The dessert was very good, for me especially the mousse au chocolat (even though the consistency was not like mousse at all but more of an icecream texture).
The owner was really lovely.

Our Bosna Dürüm has a special saussage out of seaweed that I order from Germany as well as many other products that you cannot get on Canary island, to prepare high level vegan food. The Bosna Dürüm iis served wirh a Bulgarian Salad called „Schopska“. This plate with salad costs 9.50 €. ... any way. Thank you for giving us 5 stars

The menu is an interesting mix of plates. Many are traditional Spanish dishes with a twist but there are also numerous dishes with influences from around the world. Nice spacious restaurant. Chilled music and an interesting owner. Have been several times over the past year and never been disappointed with the flavours from the dishes.

So happy to have found this place, had a really great three course meal here. The food was delicious and well priced, the menu was so extensive it was difficult to decide what to have, went with the croquettes as a starter and they were good, lasagne for main was delicious and tiramisu for dessert was very tasty. The staff were friendly. Will definitely be back.

Arrived with my non-vegan wife and non-vegan son and daughter aged 9-11. Both kids absolutely dont like my exotic vegan choice of food untill they arrived in this restaurant. They loved the lasagne and spagetti... me too for that matter. My wife and I had the vegan Tapas and were very surprised. I absolutely recommend the croquettes, the taboule with quinoa and the tomatosoup. Staff speaks very little english but... hey this is Spain not England 👌🏼. We’ll be back

Tapasmenyn var utsökt god och det fanns flera glutenfria veganrätter att välja mellan. Dessutom kunde flera rätter anpassas till vegan och glutenfri. Provade inte desserterna, vilket var en miss förstår man efteråt. Färskpressade juicerna var väldigt goda.

This Little Gem made My holiday after days of eating a mixture of anything remotely Vegan from Our all inclusive hotel, it was so nice to have a decent Vegan meal and the Tiramisu was a dream. Past & Future is our choice, to us it is THE vegan restaurant in Corralejo/Fuerteventura. We can highly recommend it and love the freshly made Ravioli with truffle, the Soya "Chicken" Cocktail and/or the Caprese salad with vegan "mozzarella" as a starter, the Croquettes (and any other tapas they have) and definitely their Chocolate Mousse (I know, everybody is loving the Tiramisu but the Mousse is definitely as good). Give it a try!

We weren’t sure about this place when we first got there as it was so quiet but it totally exceeded our expectations! Lots of delicious tapas style dishes to choose from as well as some mains... all freshly cooked and all really delicious. Great if you are raw too as many of the dishes can be changed to be made raw on request. The owner is lovely and very passionate about veganism and her food!! We loved it all and will definitely be back!

My boyfriend and I went there twice during our stay in Corralejo and we loved it! They offer very delicious dishes of cultural diversity. We appreciated especially the italian Ravioli and the Tagliatelle, both made from their sicilian cook and therefor a must :-) Also the tiramisù was excellent!

I almost accidentally missed this place off my list of vegan restaurants to try in Corralejo, but was SO glad I didn't! That would have been a huge oversight because this was some of the best vegan food I have tasted. Anywhere. Period.
Read moreOne of the absolute stand-out dishes for me was the mushroom, truffle, walnut ravioli in the richest, most delicious sauce in the world. I have eaten appalling vegan ravioli in Italy, I couldn't believe I found some of the best pasta in my life on Fuerteventura! And wine, vegan wine to wash it down.
The other was the tiramisu for dessert. I don't think I ever ate non-vegan tiramisu but again, I've eaten some poor vegan attempts before. This was truly moreish (the 'mascarpone' is amazing) - a proper dessert and perfect way to round off the meal without being too heavy.
We found the owner to be truly welcoming, kind and generous. The atmosphere in the restaurant was relaxed and homely - it was comfortable but set our expectations that this would be a quality dining experience - which it definitely was. Thank you so much for all your efforts to bring this place to Fuerteventura!

Myself and my husband came here on New Years Eve for dinner and we were seated for 45 minutes before a waitress came to take our order for food and drink! It was only at this point that we were told that they were serving only buffet (which wasn’t even ready) as it was a busy night. When the food arrived it was absolutely delicious but if you are planning on going here just be warned that the service is not as efficient as in many other places.
