Every time I’m in Corralejo, I end up having dinner at Past and Future most nights! It’s run by a lovely lady and offers a normal menu and also a buffet option! I would carry on going to Corralejo just to go to this amazing restaurant!

I’d highly recommend the aioli,bolognese, lasagne and all of the desserts!! Just an absolutely fabulous place with lots of options.
The restaurant has a large indoor area and a small outdoor area.

Good food, terrible hospitality - Edit
The food was good, we had the buffet. Service for drinks and orders took a long time. The owner complained shouting about the guests and was very rude, so me and my friends felt very uncomfortable. I never experienced anything like that before, it felt as if we were in a reality TV show. Even if you had a stressed day, this behaviour is a No-Go! I would not go there again just because of the horrible hospitality.

A la carte menu includes lots of very original and exotic dishes from very different cuisines. The homemade mozzarella was just awesome, but so were the croquette and the mains and everything else we tried in the two times we have been there!

I have been to this vegan restaurant several times during my stay because of their original and creative cooking. You can choose the all you can eat buffet and enjoy many healthy and fresh vegan dishes. The chocolate mousse with cream is a great end to a delicious meal.

My boyfriend and I went here twice and really loved it. There were a wide variety of options at the buffet (both hot and cold), and we could have as much as we wanted for just 15 euros. Choices included chili, spaghetti, stew, hummus, pesto pasta, pizza, etc. Staff were very friendly.

Highly recommend a visit if in town just off the main strip in a more peaceful part of the resort.
This restaurant offers something different to the mainstream places to eat.
Have decided to return for a second visit this evening as we know the quality of the food is good and all cooked fresh in house.
Another positive was that the wine that has been sourced is sulphate and chemical free.
Go enjoy, and experience for your self.

During my holidays in corralejo Fuerteventura i had the chance to enter a restaurant who changed my life complettely. Past and Future is not just a vegan restaurant is a complex of hard work dedication and love for food nature and animals. Chef Aida is one of the greatest chef i ever met and not only for the very delicious and large variety of dishes she create.. She is in love with what is doing and cook with her soul and this can only make the food very special.. Also she treats every client with a lot of respect and make them feel like at home.. Excellent ambient also! For a meat eater like me was a very very special moment in my life!! Keep up the good work!

I had dinner here with my girlfriend and 2-year old son and it was everything that we hoped for. You have the option to choose a la carte, food from the buffet (for a very good price) or a combination. We did a combination and the food was very tasty and filling. We have a lot of respect for the owner to start a vegan restaurant in a town where most people prefer cheap and unhealthy food. But as fellow vegans you probably know that it’s all about inspiring non-vegans and that’s exactly the mission of this restaurant.
