My favourite place in Gijon - Edit
I went to several vegan restaurants in Gijon during my holidays in Asturias and all of them lack in attention, except Pasiones Bar.

The guy at the front is the soul of this typical Spanish bar but with Argentinian flavour. He is on everything no matter how busy...very attentive, correct and overall friendly.
We enjoyed the lunch in a peaceful and family ambience.
We had empanadas, of course, one each of soy meat with olives and one of spinach, both typical Argentinian reminded me my childhood.
Then 2 pinchos or raciones of tortilla, one with chorizo, and the other a classic in Argentina but vegan version, Napolitana with tomato and cheeze.
For dessert, we ordered a brownie that was really yumi!!!
Everything was delicious!! Maybe the tortillas were a bit salty for my taste.
Absolutely recommendable and for sure I will get back in my next trip to Asturias.

We tried tortilla, empanada, bocadillo de no-bacon y patatas con aioli. Everything was soo good!!! The owners are very nice people, we enjoyed chatting with them. Also very child-friendly.

Nos ha gustado mucho Pasiones Bar. Es como un bar de toda la vida, con pero lo que sirven es vegano. El precio es muy accesible y han sido muy amables al atendernos. Las empanadas argentinas están deliciosas. Lo recomendamos al 100%!

Great coffee and cakes. Great beer and tapas too. But the tortilla is outstanding. And also, the not-bacon pincho is really good (specially for takeaway)

Small but great menu including staples like pizza, burgers, as well as Spanish. Came with a little delicious tapas too start. Pizza was very good. But dulce de (coconut) leche cupcake after was insane.
