Nice busy restaurant with good vegan options - Edit
Nice atmosphere here. I had the veggie nuggets with salad, curly fries and two types of hummus. There were also three dips for the fries, but I believe only the ketchup one was vegan. Big portion, yummy food and impressive for the Arctic. I will also mention here that the grocery store right across from Pascucci in the mall has a lot of vegan foods, including tofu, vegan mayo, vegan pesto, vegan chorizo, plant-based milks and more!

Another option in Nuuk! - Edit
Tried to go to Cafe Esmerelda but their kitchen was already closed. They recommended this place and their veggie menu was almost identical. Good news, they were open until midnight!
Read moreHad the veggie nuggets (cauliflower & broccoli) that came with a side salad, beetroot hummus, and sweet potato fries. Honestly, one of the best meals I had in greenland.
