Quite enough vegan options in Nisantasi / Istanbul - Edit
Sanat Bistro is a vegan safe zone, its kitchen is being visited and its staff educated by VeganIstasyon which is a Istanbul based vegan food distribution company. They have options ranging from vegan fajitas to burgers, schnitzels to wraps and beer side dishes. Nice and a cosy place with Latin dance nights in a nice Nisantasi park, named Macka Sanat Parkı
