Delicious! Great gluten-free noodles. - Edit
I had the vegan miso ramen with gluten-free noodles. The broth was thick and flavourful. The noodles had their own savoury flavour and a satisfying semi-firm texture. A surprisingly fantastic gluten-free noodle.

Great food, weird service - Edit
The signs outside say Shujinko, and some websites call it this, yet inside, the staff t-shirts and the lamp covers all say Parco. We ordered the regular vegan ramen, and then the spicy vegan ramen with gluten-free noodles. They both came out spicy and when we mentioned it to the staff they berated us for it even though their own docket showed our order. Super weird. So my spicy vegan, gluten-free ramen was awesome, but my partner couldn’t eat the regular, non-spicy ramen because it was so spicy. They eventually made a new one, but not without shaming us for asking for what we ordered. I’d love to eat here again, but the service turns us off…
