Unremarkable cool refreshments - Edit
Paradis is a little ice cream kiosk by the fjord in Roskilde. After a long walk in the sun, we really needed something cool and refreshing, so checked out this place.
Read moreThey had four sorbets - mango, apple and passionfruit, elderflower and strawberry. Each sorbet could be turned into a smoothie or a milkshake for 55 DKK.
This was just what we needed, and the smoothies were the perfect way to cool off.
I'm only giving 3 stars because the vegan options were pretty disappointing. Nothing creative here, and things like the oreo ice cream not being vegan felt like easy opportunities missed. Also, 55 DKK is expensive for what you get, even by Copenhagen prices.
If you're in the same situation as us, where this is exactly what you need, then Paradis is fine. Nothing bad, but nothing special.
