I advise you to order it at home - Edit
I always really like the food. Fans of falafel, hummus and Middle Eastern cuisine will love it. The restaurant itself is very small and there is no feeling of coziness, because every 10 minutes a delivery man comes in to pick up the order. Drinks only canned soda and water.

Very good middle eastern food - Edit
The portion sizes are great and the hummus is delicious. Service is very friendly. The only unusual item was the type of pita bread, which is not the traditional pita I tasted before.

Cons: Washroom is outside of the restaurant., Pita bread is very thick and not traditional.

Not up to scratch - Edit
The falafel was very dry, and everything seemed very overpriced for the quality. It didn't taste like falafel should. Very disappointing, because it has good reviews and I was looking forward to it. I have noticed that some negative reviews that I saw earlier are now hidden, which is strange.

Best falafel in Prague? - Edit
Got the vegan sharing platter for 2 and everything was amazing. Huge amount of food - hummus, pitta, chips, shawarma, falafel and salad! Much nicer falafel than your standard kebab shop!

Not your usual falafel place..but better 😁 - Edit
Not your usual falafel place, but the hummus is so smooth, the (vegan) shawarma well seasoned, the veggies crisp and flavorful. We even got a small greeting from the kitchen and afterwards we were well fed and satisfied 😁 hope to come back here again during my time in Prague 😍 service was also exceptional ☺️

It was oké, not worth the price - Edit
The falafel was oké. Not bad, not good. Too expensive. In Netherlands Amsterdam Sonny much much better falafel for less the price. Prague has much more to offer for less.

I love hummus, pita, shawarma, fries, falafel, etc. My girlfriend doesn't. The falafel won her over. Enough said. We enjoyed the sharing platter.

Great hummus - Edit
As a hummus lover, I was pleased with the very good taste and the portion size. I ordered a hummus falafel plate. Everything tasted great, just to match the amount of food, they only give one pita bread and the other one has to be ordered extra. Otherwise, I have nothing to complain about.

Good hummus, ratio hummus/bread is a bit uneven. - Edit
Friendly personnel, very tasty hummus, affordable, just they give you lots of tahini/hummus and only one piece of bread. I bought extra bread, but it’d probably be better if less hummus was given and an extra slice of bread. Regardless, it was very tasty and filling.

Nejlepší falafel a humus na světě - Edit
Nikdy v životě jsem nejedla lepší falafel ani lepší humus. Do Papriky se ráda vracím, jednou nám tam dali i nějaké zbylé jídlo zadarmo. Nemám ani jednu negativní zkušenost a pokud jste někdo, jako já, kdo třeba úplně humus nemiluje, tenhle bude vyjímka.

Extremely rude and arrogant staff - Edit
PLEASE AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! Aggressive staff, verbally abusive, rude and unhelpful. I have been treated in a very hostile way twice by a different female staff, one of them even yelled at me to get out pointing me to the door!!! All that for coming at exactly 20:00 o'clock, which was their closing time. She barked at my hello very irritated and angry "we're closed!", no response to my greeting. I said ok, she don't need to be rude at me, and I initially left. Shaking my head at her stern and arrogant tone in which she spoke to me. I was outside deciding where else to go for food, when I saw them still preparing orders and people coming in and out with their food. So I went back in at literally 20:03 and simply asked if they were really closed? At which point she unleashed an angry barrage of verbal abuse at me, yelling at me to get out immediately, even jumping from behind the counter and showing me the door pointing at it with her finger getting really close to me invading my personal space, let alone the 2 meters distance we should keep as a pandemic rule. When I asked her what her name was she told me very angry that it's none of my business. I have never been treated in such a horrible way ever before anywhere in the world. The young lady had a black long hair and spoke fluent Czech w/o any accent. Please avoid this horrendous establishment! They are hostile and rude and their staff is disrespectful and abusive towards customers for simply showing up and saying hello to them. I think that young woman is dangerously aggressive in such a young age and doesn't have nice things coming to her in her life. She definitely should not be working with people and put in charge of customer relations. What an error of judgement on the management side!

Tasty but pricey. Not a place where locals go. - Edit
I had really high expectations regarding this place, since I love Israeli food, but...
Read moreThe food was definitely made of fresh and good quality ingredients, but the portion was very small, I was still hungry after I left. And the vegan shawarma was not that special, to be honest. Just spiced soy curls.
The prices might not seem high for Western Europeans, but trust me, they are very high for Prague. We don't pay 6-7 euros for a small plate. And they make you pay a lot for any extras.
The location is popular with tourists and expats, who seem to be the main customers here and don't mind the prices. I was the only Czech there, and only foreigners kept coming while I was eating.
It is not essentially a bad thing. But if you really want to experience places where locals go, this is not the one.
Pros: Fresh ingredients, Tasty
Cons: Expensive, Small portions, Not popular with locals

Nice little restaurant. You can order plates with hummus, falafel-balls, fries, salad and pita for 2 persons for around 17-19 €... Soft drink included. It tastes really good and gets you filled. The workers are nice.

My to go place when craving falafel - Edit
There are not many good falafel places in Prague so whenever I want a good falafel plate, this is my top choice. There is a lot to choose from when it comes to israeli vegan meals. The hummus and falafel but also vegan shwarma and shakshuka. Very nice staff too.

Great food, great people - Edit
I first tried this place when it was just a food stand at Namesti Republiky and I was instantly hooked. When they moved to their new location, I followed them. The Sabich (eggplant sandwich) is my go to order with a side of falafel balls. But everything I have eaten their has been delicious, well prepared, and visually stunning. The service is always friendly and efficient, no matter how busy they get, and they do get busy at dinner time. That just shows the loyalty of the locals filling the place up every night. Yes, it is more expensive than most other falafel/kebab places in Prague, but they make everything fresh, not from frozen. You have to pay for quality and Paprika is TOP QUALITY!
Read moreOf course this place deserves FIVE stars, but Happy Cow reserves five star reviews only for full vegetarian or vegan places. So four stars is the best I can rate Paprika, but, rest assured, they deserve more!

awesome hummus and falafel - Edit
we had the "vegan shared platter for 2", which included an amzing hummus, super good falafels, nice fries, a fresh salad, in our opinion not-the-best vegan shawarma, 3 dips and 1 bread. Falafels and Hummus and Bread are highly recommended, we were disappointed in the Shawarma, though. And more bread would have been nice,
Read moreIt was quite pricey for Prague (around 12€, which is obviously still ok), but I think other options (falafels in bread etc.) are less expensive
