I alternate between the tofu spurrito and the tofu salad. The sweet soy sauce and the peanut sauce are both really good, but it does feel pretty expensive for what you get.

Although PaperMill is not fully vegan, their vegan options are the best in the area — I go for lunch several times a week.
Read moreI don't like messy eating, so the burritos are not a good option for me. But the bowls are really delicious. The food is fresh and/or freshly pickled, and the flavors (cilantro, thai basil, carrots, soy sauce, etc.) are very delicate and refined. The tofu is very well seasoned, not bland at all; and it is very well cooked, not mushy or silken.
The non-vegan mayo is a bit of an annoyance because you have to remember to ask them to remove it in the special requests — but in my experience, they have always been willing to redo a dish if it wasn't perfect.
This is a really amazing option. It is (WAY!) better, healthier vegan food than some other fully vegan places I know...

This is a super flavorful and creative choice for lunch! They do giant burrito-sized fresh rolls. Their sesame garlic tofu spurrito is packed with flavor and a side sauce. A bit messy to eat and worth a stop.
