little alternatives and not freindly

When we entered we asked if there were vegan options, the waitress gave us a forced smile and said, of course. She seated us and brought us the menu. Looking at the menu, it's really hard to tell what's vegan in it. Only 15 minutes after she brought us the menu, she approached us and asked what we would like? We asked to know what the vegan options were and she eagerly answered. There were only three options and they were meager and really unappetizing.
