One of the best bakery in Altamura - Edit
Small and traditional bakery along the city walls.
Read moreThere are many vegan options such as focaccia with tomatoes, olives and oregano,
onion focaccia, focaccia "al pelato" (with tomato puree), potato focaccia, etc.
Taralli of all kinds: with chilli or pepper, with "Murgian flavours" (with typical rural ingredients of the Murgia natural park), with onions, etc. and lots of breakfast biscuits with vegan options.
Their typical invection is "bread flavored chips".
Other typical products of the area such as: the "frise" and the bread DOP (official certificate of food product of protected origin).
Friendly and helpful staff, fair prices.
