Serves meat, vegan options available. One of the few local Mongolian places with vegan dishes as of Oct '20. Includes tofu that can be prepared fried or sautéed, with veggies and rice. Other dishes may be available. Lo mein noodles have egg. Some staff do not have an understanding of vegan, so be sure to fully explain what needs to be excluded. Open Mon-Sun 11:00am-9:30pm.

DELICIOUS!! But takes some work to ensure it's vegan - Edit
Although the person I spoke to did not seem to understand vegan very well, once I thoroughly, clearly explained what vegan meant, she seemed to understand. My meal seemed fully vegan. I got the mixed vegetables with tofu. The tofu pieces were huge, but fried and sautéed well. The sauce that they put on it was delicious.
Read moreI was confident eating this meal, but I would've been more confident if I was able to order inside. I made a picture sheet to give restaurant workers to clearly explain what vegan is, even if they don't speak English. Message me here if you would like a copy.
This place is not COVID safe unless you do take out. I work at the hospital, so I am cautious and always do takeout. When I went to pick up my food, several customers without masks were going up to the open buffet and serving themselves as usual. All staff wore masks.
Gave it 4 stars (max) even though it was a bit of a pain to explain "vegan" over the phone. The food tasted THAT good!
Pros: Delicious, amazing flavor!, Take out, vegan fortune cookies, Staff wears masks
Cons: Not COVID safe, customers don't wear masks, Minimal staff knowledge of what's vegan, Staff might not think if all parts of dish are veg
