First time having bingsu - Edit
We lived in Hawaii for a while in the past, so when I heard about bingsu as Korea's version of shave ice, I had certain expectations -- but they are very different!
Read moreThis is a non dairy milk base that was super creamy, sweet but not too sweet, and very unique. It's large so I'm glad I shared one with my friend.
You take a buzzer device from a bin, order at an electronic kiosk, and then type in the number on the buzzer, so there's no real interaction with the staff.
Everything was really delicious, though.
Seating is upstairs! Great view.

lovely but limited ‘cakes’ and sugary coffee - Edit
The latte was dousled in sugar and there were no cakes but sugary treats. But it’s a cute place with a bit of a view.

Cons: Too much sugar, even in the coffee (without asking

No babies or children allowed - Edit
Carted our pram all the way up the stairs only to be told they have a no kids policy and we couldn't bring our 11 month old baby in. Have been in Korea a month and this is the only time this has happened, everywhere else has been so welcoming - surprised as I thought a vegan place would be more inclusive, not less!

Delicious Bingsu - Edit
Was very delicious, they have a wide range of tarts, cookies and Bingsu and drinks. I had a chocolate tart and the black sesame Bingsu, can highly recommend it.

Ok, but expensive - Edit
The bingsu itself tastes fine and it looks nice. But thr valrhona chocolate sauce is thin and not really chocolaty. Also the matcha shake and chocolate shake are not really tasty. The place has a nice view, but is really loud because of a lot of customers. Also quite expensive. The bingsu was about 19000 and the shakes each 7500 Won.

Vegan Bingsu - Edit
It was my first time eating a vegan Bingsu, and it was awesome. Got the pistachio one, not too sweet ! I love the setting, cosy, you can study quietly there.

Vegan bingsu - Edit
After climbing all the stairs on a hot day, try the vegan version of the Korean dessert bingsu! The pistachio one was really good and like the other reviews say, not too sweet.

Something new - Edit
Never had shaved ice before and definitely wanted to try it. To me it tasted better than a scoop of icecrem because of the different textures and flavours. Can recommend the black sesame one, they also had pistachio and chocolate. Asked if they could make a smaller portion but they only make one size.

Pretty good - Edit
My non-vegan friend who's gluten intolerant felt like she was in heaven! The cookies were really good so I bought a few more extra to go. The only downside was the place uses way too much plastic!

super tasty, not too sweet - Edit
soooo the tart and spoon cake we got were SO GOOD. especially for it being “healthy” vegan desserts. the place itself is adorable but we didn’t get to enjoy it. the reason being that we got two desserts (around $12, which is expensive for two small things in korea). however they wouldn’t let us sit inside to eat the dessert bc we got desserts and not drinks which was frustrating😒this is common in korea but still sad bc we wanted to enjoy our desserts in the warmth of the building!

Merenda golosa - Edit

Great! - Edit
Used to visit here a lot when they were located near Hongdae. The selection seems to have shrunk but still a lot of good choices. The tart was a bit dry, but that’s to be expected from gluten free products. If you’re searching for healthier options, definitely visit here!

Delicious! - Edit
We got a black sesame bingsu and raspberry marble tart. The bingsu was lovely and not too sweet, compared to others I've eaten. It's ideal for sharing, or just one hungry person. The tart was interesting and had a few different textures, which we enjoyed. Imo, the tart was very filling so is better for sharing! Would visit again to try the other bingsu flavours.

Amazing vegan dessert selection! - Edit
So happy I got to try vegan bingsu before I left Seoul! I had the tiramisu flavour which was so delicious and not too sweet. I really wanted to try the cookies and cakes but most contained tree nuts which I'm allergic to. The staff were incredibly helpful with checking allergens😄
Read moreI would highly recommend the tofu shakes too! It's such an interesting texture and flavour. I prefer the matcha version over the chocolate but both are good!

미묘.. - Edit
맛과 식감 모두 미묘... 맛 대비 비싼 가격. 경리단길에 있는 비건카페들 가서 좀 더 맛있는 디저트 먹는 게 낫다고 생각.

Cute tarte - Edit
There were many flavours of tarte and they looked so cute! I picked the tiramisu flavour. The tarte came with four layers, tiramisu mousse on the top, then coffee mousse, sponge cake and tart. The taste was good. Would definitely try it again!

Delicious - Edit
After eating dinner we wanted something sweet and were exciting to try out Pan Honesta since it was close by! We arrived a bit late so they were closing soon but luckily still managed to order some things.
Read moreWe ended up having the Pumpkin Muffin (Which was amazing!) I don’t like pumpkin at all, but this tasted divine. The cream was lovely and the crust was crunchy. The only bad thing was the difficulty of cutting it, we had a really hard time trying to divide it in pieces and ended up destroying it😒
On the other side, I ordered an Iced Chocolate Latte which was good! A bit too dense for me, but that’s just personal preference.
I’m excited to come back and try the bingsu with some friends~
