Ok there's not a big menu, but the quality is awesome ! The staff seems to be doing this from their hearts, not a big vegan chain café😉

Pros: Quality of food, Taste of food, Very beautiful place, with books, plants, games...
Cons: Not a lot of choices, but it wasn't a problem, Cause it's so good !

Very small menu - Edit
So excited to try the food that I walked all the way from Prague castle in the rain only to find they only had avocado on toast or soup of the day on the menu and a couple of desserts! So left after 5 mins of being seated as the service was very slow!

We are sorry for your experiece. We also had quiche as daily special. Unfortunetely we are still freshly open bistro and as we wrote here, we are offererin organic wines and specialty coffee with fully plant-based desserts and salty snacks. We are not restaurat (yet), but we are looking for skilled chef who will be able to prepare fresh daily menu for our costumers. Ein schön und neu eingerichtetes Restaurant mit gutem Ambiente, ruhig und gemütlich etwas abseits des touristischen Trubels gelegen zum Entspannen und Genießen. Alles vegan, von der Suppe über die gemischte Platte Mezze mit sehr leckerem Brot bis hin zum Cappuccino. Das junge Paar ist sehr freundlich, aufgeschlossen und spricht sehr gut englisch. Einige Rezepte sind tschechischen Ursprungs und werden in veganer Form angeboten.

Palo Verde is a place with a nice atmosphere, good music, very kind staff and a good choice of delicious desserts. I had the chocolate mousse and a cappuccino and I am definitely coming back.

One of the best vegan spots in Prague - Edit
Such a nice vegan spot in Prague. Very friendly stuff, excellent food and coffee and a stunning interior design. Even the toilets were well equipped. We were absolutely happy with our experience and will come back again for sure.
