Tasty but not exciting - Edit
We visited for dinner and had the tortellini- it was very nice, but I think it’s not a good sign when pasta is the most interesting looking dish on the menu. I think that their food is well made and it’s a cute little place, the menu selection is just a bit…boring? There are more interesting vegan restaurants in Prague for the more adventurous eater. That being said, there’s nothing wrong with this place at all, in fact it’s very nice - would just like a bit more variety.
Read moreI’d also recommend booking a table for dinner as it’s quite small and gets busy.

A little treat - Edit
Went twice during my most recent trip to Prague. Got the waffles the first time which were very tasty. Sadly, missed the breakfast menu on my second visit (was desp to try the Kimchi Omelette) and opted for the daily menu Mac & cheese, as well as some Louisiana Chilli Chicken tapas. Mac & cheese was pretty bland but the chicken was nice. Hot chocolate here is really delish. All in, good place to check out while in Praha!

Content with our stay - Edit
We are very happy to have had breakfast here. The selection is small but delicious. We had the scrambled tofu and croissants - it was very tasty and we can recommend it without hesitation. The service was also great - friendly and fast!

Delicious Food in Cozy Courtyard - Edit
Modern, medium-sized vegan restaurant with a lovely courtyard. The courtyard gets especially cozy in the evening - sit there!
Read moreWe were two and shared the hummus with bread as a starter and the double cheese burger with fries and the ravioli as our main courses. Everything tasted great - especially the hummus - but the ravioli was a bit too creamy.
The waitress was a bit short in her replies, maybe because of a language barrier or because it was late and she was tired.
All-in-all it was a great experience and I'd be happy to go back!
UPDATE: I stayed two nights at the hotel and ate one dinner and two breakfasts here. I had the tortellini, the fries, the scrambled tofu, the kimchi omelette, and I got to try some of the waffles. Everything was delicious and my favorite was the tortellini was the best, closely followed by the fries the second best.
I'd love to go here again the next time I visit Prague.

Top rated for a reason - Edit
As the title points out, Palo Verde is one of Prague’s top rated vegan restaurants - and we absolutely agree with that. Fair price fine dining with exquisite flavours and fabulous cocktails and friendly staff members make for one hell of a memorable experience. My partner and I got the lasagna, tortellini & a side of fried enoki and seaweed salad - the side alone was enough to write 5 stars for this place, and the seaweed salad was somehow better than any other seaweed salad we’ve eaten, even in Japan!
Read moreThe lasagna was beautiful with just the right amount of cheesy versus fresh flavours, and the tortellini had the most beautiful sauce which was somehow not as heavy as it looked.
Amazing experience, would absolutely come here again.

Biodiversity - Edit
Palove Bowl, the first I tried there because of it contents, never the less avocado attracted me and while I scooped it in it reminded me of the table I created decades ago with the fat ones shape.
Read moreThis bowl was so superior, that it was the best I ate for years and made me return to eat again. Why ? Cause the variety of taste, yes biodiversity would be a single name to it. And with tahini on top I returned and again wondered to choose something else but no, why leave the love ? It becomes us for 5 times and upon return via Budapest vegan but so disappointing there, I went on my way home a night in Prag to get that meal of Palo Verde, on the same corner indoor seat. See the stars above the meal and greens too.

Nice breakfast - Edit
The restaurant has a nice decoration with all the plants and lights which are hanging down from the ceiling. I ordered the high protein scrambled tofu dish for breakfast. The scrambled tofu tasted amazing and the (still a bit hot) crispy toast was delicious with the butter on top. The only thing that I didn't like so much were the vegan sausages.

Vegan breakfast and lunch - Edit
A Palo Verde discovery, this chain offers breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Read moreFor breakfast, I tried waffles made with cashew cream, maple syrup, fresh fruit and pink whipped cream.
And for dinner, a gourmet quinoa and tempeh salad.
A varied menu, including tapas!
The warm atmosphere with hanging plants is very pleasant.
The welcome was warm and I really appreciated being able to eat outside with the loan of a blanket!

Best "chicken burgers" I've had - Edit
I had the "chicken" burger which was super crispy on the outside and nice and tender on the inside. They did a great job with the texture and flavor profile. I also love that they stay open past 10 as most other restaurants are closed by then.

Great vegan restaurant - Edit
My wife and I stopped by for lunch. The ambiance is nice and the staff are friendly. Great food! We had the selection of tapas for two, lentil soup, and lasagna. Everything we had was very good. My favorite was the olive tapenade and lentil soup. My wife’s favorite was the lasagna. The tiramisu was also very good. We paid around 850 ck.

So far I only tried the waffles, and they were amazing. Service was good and friendly, and the interior and atmosphere are lovely. Tip: if you order a tea, you can easily drink with 2-3 people from this one tea. Also, don't forget to make a reservation!

Amazing Breakfast, dinner, and dessert! - Edit
This is one of my favorite restaurants in the Prague area. I had breakfast there everyday. I tired everything. Every dish was amazing! We had dinner there the last night. We also tired one of their desserts. Everything was so delicious. Nothing was overpowering , too much, or not enough. It was perfection!
