disappointed - Edit
I wanted to go there for dinner but they only serve people with reservations even though there has been some tables which would be free for more than an hour. I has my lasagne to go and it tasted good. Still bad service and unfriendly staff…

Lovely breakfast - Edit
The English breakfast is very nice with a very tasty Spanish vegan sausage. The true highlight was the kimchi omelette.

The staff of the bistro weren't in a very good mood, but the overall experience made up for that

Top 5 best restaurants I've been to - Edit
Palo Verde is a strong recommendation for anyone with tastebuds. From "cheese" nachos to popcorn "chicken" to my favorite, basil pesto (I loved it so much I came back two days later just for this pesto), everything tasted incredible. I hope to visit it again one day. I would definitely recommend ordering the tapas as a starter as well. The staff were always very friendly and the location itself is very nice too.
Read moreThe only minor con I would note is that the third time I visited Palo Verde they didn't serve the basil pesto. I don't know if that's a seasonal change or why they removed it, but the other options were tasty as well, so it's not all bad, because I got to try new delicious things.

One of the best places for vegan desserts in Prague - Edit
This is one of may favorite places in the city. If you want to visit it is better to have a reservationt as it is usually very busy. Beautiful interior. Plus patio seating available in warmer months.
Read moreBest meal to have in my opinion is the PALO BOWL. Very filling and delicious. With lot of different stuff in it as pomegranate, peanut sauce, tempeh, quinoa, sweet potato and more.
Best part of this place is the variety of tasty vegan desserts.
Pros: amazing vegan desserts, nice interior, tasty food
Cons: slightly higher price, bussy so you need reservation

A must visit - Edit
Went with a group of meat-eaters and vegetarians (and me). Stumbled upon this restaurant and they were so accommodating to our group size. Didn’t realise it was vegan only until we were seated.
Read moreWe ordered the tapas boards to share between us and everyone was raving about the quality of the food: it was excellent. I knew I’d love it, but the meat-eaters did too. Lots of “doesn’t need meat when it’s this good”.
The Oreo milkshake was also a great treat!
Plus, it worked out at around £20 per person for the sharing board and 2 drinks, which felt great given the quality of what we had.

We had breakfast at Palo Verde and tried the oreo milkshake, porridge and avocado/tofu toast. It was beautifully made with lots of love for the detail. We tried to book a table around 6 times until it worked - they should fix their online booking.

Great desserts, but beware if you don’t live Mayo - Edit
Great breakfast spot with delicious sweets. I ordered the kimchi omelette, which came with globs of mayonnaise and a bit of pickled vegetables (no kimchi). It was pretty good once I scraped off the mayo. The carrot cake was excellent and my partner loved the avocado and tofu toast.

Only got to try brunch, wish I could've had lunch/dinner, but I found the tofu scramble a bit oily and the sausage a bit pungent. The waffles and custard square were delicious, people were nice and the place was cute

Food out of this world - Edit
The place is super cozy, great atmosphere. And the food... the food was absolutely amazing! Very delicious, can 100% recommend the tapas and the Korean chicken burger. The lemonades taste very herby, if you dont like that you should take something else but other than that, if you're in Prague definitely check out this place!
