Serves meat, vegan options available. Hyatt hotel restaurant, shares a kitchen with the other restaurants there but has a separate kitchen for gluten-free. Menu is mostly meat stuff but does have a veggie burger and gluten free bread which are both vegan suitable. Dinner menu has a veggie wrap that's vegan. Open Mon-Sun 11:30am-4:30pm.

not vegan friendly, only one option, not impressed - Edit
We stayed at the Hyatt on our trip to Aruba. The Palms is pretty much the only place to eat lunch there. There is only one vegan meal and that's the "Shoco veggie burger." The service was not friendly and it was slow even if you go before the lunch crowd. They're not very knowledgeable about vegan food and we think we clarified that if you get gluten-free fries that they're fired in their own GF & vegan fryer. Forgettable food just like the other reviewer said. The veggie patty came from a freezer as did the fries. The only perk to this place is we didn't have to leave our hotel beach area for lunch. The food was like it was from an amusement park or something. The local hot sauce they have everywhere is good and helps the burger a wee tiny bit. Also, am glad it's open for lunch....lots of places in Aruba only open for dinner it seems.

Good view, so-so food - Edit
There wasn't much to choose from on the menu, it was pretty forgettable food. The view was great, though!
