Don't be in a rush, just one lady taking the orders and cooking everything. Not at all spicy but otherwise very tasty. Had the green curry and papaya salad. Generous portions: I was starving after biking the 2k feet up there and couldn't finish both in one sitting, which surprised me. Cook understood vegan and left out the fish sauce.
The meats, fish, shrimp, tofu and vegies are stored improperly in the fridge. Nothing is dated. We dont know how old the food is or when it shelf life expires. The fridges that store food are filthy. The drinks are stored outside where they collect dust and dirt on the tops of the cans. The menu serves "vegan options" but these options are not always vegan. Some of the menu that says its vegan is actually vegetarian cause it has shrimp paste in it. The work environment is toxic and dangerous. People are screaming and kicking over trashcans for no reason and acting threatening. Also, all the tips given through debit or credit are not given to the employees. Theyre kept for the owners and the only tips employees get are whatever cash tips are given in the day. I have unpaid wages that im waiting for.
Pakamon is the hardest working person I know, she also is a farmer and grows alot of the veggies that she cooks! Her Thai food is authentic and definitely the best I've ever had! She is not vegan and cooks meat but she is very good at catering to vegans. She even has a coconut milk Thai iced tea that is amazing! My personal favorites are the Pad Thai and the Tom Kha.
